The objects of the TRUST shall be as under: 

a) To act, manage and Administer all the Trust, Society/ies, NPNL Organisations in accordance with the provisions of the MPT Act 1950 Read With Rules “Maharashtra Public Trust Rules” and the Rules made there under, of the right, title and interest, in the Development of Properties, Projects and Promotional Activities thereon, the details of which are as hereunder: 

(b) To buy or take on lease property/ies or plots to construct commercials / flats thereon for allotment to the Members of the Trust for their authorised privileged beneficiary use for revenue generation scheme of the Trust. And to purchase a building or buildings for the Socio-Economic welfare of the Trust. 

(c) To manage, maintain and administer the property of the Trust, The Projects Developments’ by the Trust and to administer the objects of the Trust. 

(d) To raise and manage funds for achieving the objects of the TRUST under the stringent Monetary Act of the State and the Nation.

(e) To undertake and provide for, on its own account or jointly with a cooperative or Other Institution/s, Educational, Social, Cultural or Recreational activities;

 (f) To provide Co-operative Education and Training to develop co-operative skills of its Members, Committee Members, Officers and Employees of the Trust and beneficiaries of the Trust.

(g) To do all things, necessary or expedient for the attainment of the objects of the TRSUT, specified in these bye-laws.
