COMMUNITY TOWNSHIP AND RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT

1. To promote and facilitate the development of affordable housing, model townships, and community residential colonies for economically weaker sections of minority communities. \

2. To acquire, develop, and manage land and infrastructure for planned community housing projects that include essential civic amenities such as water, sanitation, roads, electricity, and green spaces. 

3. To work in collaboration with government housing boards, development authorities, and private developers under schemes such as PMAY (Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana), MHADA, or other public-private partnerships for minority housing. 

4. To ensure integrated development of residential areas by including schools, clinics, community halls, recreation centers, and markets within the township plans. 

5. To assist minority individuals and families in applying for housing loans, subsidies, and government housing welfare schemes. 

6. To support slum rehabilitation, urban renewal, and resettlement efforts that protect the housing rights of displaced or marginalized minority populations. 

7. To advocate for inclusive urban planning policies that prioritize dignity, safety, and accessibility for all sections of the community, especially the poor and vulnerable. 

8. To engage in construction, renovation, and maintenance of residential units, especially for widows, orphans, the elderly, and persons with disabilities within minority communities. 

9. To facilitate the legal and administrative processes related to land acquisition, registration, building approvals, and compliance for community housing projects. 

10. To promote green, sustainable, and disaster-resilient housing models using cost-effective and environment-friendly construction technologies. 

11. To encourage community ownership and participation in the governance, upkeep, and development of townships through cooperative housing societies and residents’ welfare associations.
