ESTABLISHMENT OF RESEARCH CENTRES FOR NATIONAL ADVANCEMENT

1. To establish, support, and operate multidisciplinary research centres and institutions across various faculties—such as science, technology, health, environment, economics, education, social sciences, law, and humanities—for the advancement of knowledge and national development.
 
2. To promote applied and theoretical research that contributes to solving critical challenges of national importance, including sustainable development, education reform, economic inclusion, digital innovation, and public health. 

3. To provide infrastructure, funding, academic guidance, and technical resources to scholars, students, and research professionals from minority and underrepresented communities. 

4. To facilitate collaborations and partnerships with universities, think tanks, government agencies, industry, and international institutions to support high-impact research and innovation. 

5. To publish research journals, white papers, policy briefs, and community reports that influence public policy, strengthen governance, and address grassroots-level concerns. 

6. To encourage youth participation in research and innovation, including support for startups, prototypes, academic competitions, and research-based entrepreneurship. 

7. To organize conferences, symposiums, and public lectures for dissemination of research findings and promotion of a national culture of critical inquiry and problem-solving. 

8. To offer scholarships, fellowships, and research grants to individuals committed to socially beneficial research and community-focused innovation. 

9. To ensure all research activities uphold ethical standards, promote inclusivity, and align with the constitutional values of justice, equality, and national unity. 

10. To position the research centres as national assets, contributing meaningfully to India’s growth in science, education, governance, and social development.
