WAQF PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT OBJECTIVE

MINORITY SOCIO-ECONOMY FORUM, REGARDING DEVELOPMENT OF WAQF PROPERTIES, ALIGNED WITH THE GOALS OF COMMUNITY BENEFIT, ECONOMIC CONTRIBUTION, ECONOMIC ENHANCEMENT AND SMART CITY INTEGRATION AND PARTICIPATE IN NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT AGENDAS LIKE SMART CITIES

1. To identify, assist in the protection, and facilitate the planned development of Waqf properties in accordance with legal and religious guidelines, for the socio-economic upliftment of minority communities. 

2. To collaborate with Waqf Boards, government authorities, urban planners, and private stakeholders to redevelop and utilize Waqf land and assets for educational, residential, commercial, healthcare, and community welfare purposes. 

3. To ensure that Waqf properties are developed in a manner that generates sustainable revenue, which can be reinvested into minority welfare programs, education, housing, and healthcare initiatives. 

4. To promote transparency, accountability, and efficient management of Waqf resources through modern tools such as GIS mapping, digital record-keeping, and participatory governance. 

5. To advocate for and participate in Smart City and urban development programs, ensuring that Waqf land is included in city master plans while preserving its identity and maximizing its utility for public benefit. 

6. To support policy and legal reforms aimed at unlocking the economic potential of Waqf assets while preserving their religious and charitable purpose. 

7. To conduct feasibility studies, architectural planning, and business modelling for Waqf property redevelopment projects in ways that align with national development goals and strengthen the Indian economy. 

8. To engage in public-private partnerships (PPP) for Waqf land development under frameworks that ensure both community benefit and compliance with religious and legal norms.
