EMPLOYMENT GENERATION AND ASSISTANCE

1. To promote employment opportunities among minority communities through skill development, training, and placement support. 

2. To establish and operate employment guidance centres, career counselling units, and job information bureaus that assist individuals in preparing for and securing employment. 

3. To organize job fairs, campus drives, and employer connect events for facilitating direct interaction between employers and job seekers from minority backgrounds. 

4. To run soft skills and personality development programs to enhance the employability of minority youth and prepare them for interviews and workplace challenges. 

5. To collaborate with public and private sector enterprises, staffing agencies, and government employment exchanges to increase hiring from minority communities. 

6. To conduct training programs and certification courses aligned with current industry requirements (e.g., IT, retail, manufacturing, logistics, healthcare). 

7. To provide online and offline resources such as resume-writing help, interview preparation, aptitude test training, and job alerts. 

8. To support self-employment and entrepreneurship by offering guidance, funding assistance, and legal/technical advice for setting up micro-enterprises and startups. 

9. To implement special employment schemes for women, differentlyabled individuals, and senior citizens within minority communities.

10. To help unemployed youth prepare for government recruitment exams and competitive tests (e.g., SSC, UPSC, MPSC, Bank, Railways). 

11. To maintain a database of skilled and semi-skilled job seekers from minority backgrounds and update it regularly for employer reference. 

12. To promote internships and apprenticeships in collaboration with industries, NGOs, and academic institutions for hands-on experience and job exposure. 

13. To carry out research and surveys on unemployment among minority populations and use findings for advocacy and policy interventions. 

14. To offer financial aid, stipends, or travel support to candidates attending interviews, vocational training, or skill development programs. 

15. To create digital platforms and mobile apps for job search, employer registration, and skill mapping to bridge employment gaps in real time.
